Apparently, it’s from a company named HELICOPTERS INC. from Cahokia, Illinois

Ha, I didn’t know planes had an expiration date. I get why, but it sounds funny when called an expiration date.

Lol, maybe its because some people rent GA planes, so this helicopter might be rented until the “expiration date”

IVE FOUND A CLUE!
So, I went to the website that @KSAvgeek went (flyhelicoptersinc.com), and when you go to the bottom of the homepage, it will show their address, their phone number, their email, etc.
And when you see the address, its the same one from the FAA website!

Btw they operate for many news stations (if you see their homepage)
