C.A.D.I. investigation update: More wreckage of Flight 5342 has been recovered from the Potomac river. On Monday, wreckage recovery efforts began, which resulted in part of the fuselage, a wing, and an engine were recovered. Today, more bits of the fuselage were recovered, and the majority of the tail was recovered, as seen here:
Clean-up efforts should be fairly easy, as the collision and impact of the two aircraft occurred over and in water about 3 to 10 feet deep.
All 64 bodies from the jet have been recovered, with one still working on being identified. The Black Hawk occupants have also been recovered.
ooo they found the rudder
yep
thats great, i hope they recovered more bodies (r.i.p to everyone onboard the plane and the black hawk)
Yeah, I said they did. All 67 bodies have been recovered.
mb i didnt read the entire text but thats great
no worries
good work friend but we still have not the reason good work lets keep investigating
We do have the reason it crashed⌠a frickinâ helicopter smashed into it before landing.
yes but ⌠well i wathched a sergio hidalgo video (a spanish aviation youtuber) and he confirmed that the plane did see the helicopter
At what point did they see it? If they saw it five minutes before the crash, they could have easily taken evasive maneuvers and avoided this mess. But if they saw it five seconds before the crash, then of course they couldnât do anything, there was nothing that could have been done.
yes, five seconds before
