Good cameras?

Does anyone know any good, but affordable cameras for planespotting?

Below $400 is most optimal

i recommend what Hobbit suggested. If you have around $500 you can buy a Kodak AZ901, which has 90x optical zoom and I believe it records in 1080p, however I can’t find a credible source.

I have a suggestion. It’s actually the camera I am currently using! | Panasonic Lumix TZ99

In addition to the one i already suggested, there’s the AZ521, which is also good.
