Trust Levels
Trust Levels are a way to sandbox new users in the community so that they cannot accidentally hurt themselves, or other users while they are learning what to do, and a way to grant experienced users more rights over time, so that they can help everyone maintain and moderate the community they generously contribute so much of their time to.
Trust Level 0 - New Member
New Members can:
- Create Topics
- Reply to topics
- Edit their own post
- Post Links/Media
- Invite Members
Trust Level 1 - Basic
To advance to Trust Level 1, you must:
- Read 5 topics
- Read 30 posts
The following is granted at Trust Level 1:
- Flag Posts
- Create tags
Trust Level 2 - Member
To advance to Trust Level 2, you must:
- Read 100 posts
- Spend 60 minutes reading topics
- Visit 15 days
- Recieve 1 like and give 1 like
- Reply to at least 3 topics
The following is granted at Trust Level 2:
- Ability to create polls
Trust Level 3 - Regular
Regulars will be handpicked by the moderation team.
The following is granted at Trust Level 3:
- Create and edit wikis
- Access to a private category and channel on the forum
Trust Level 4 - Staff
These are members of our moderation team!
