Does cat hair and dander fly off of the cockpit into the sky and blind the planes of rival airlines, or rain down and cause people with cat allergies to start coughing fits?

Yea, but it’s mainly for preventing bird strikes since the cat can simply eat the birds. Also the plane can digest the birds which allows it to drop its feces on other planes.
