I can’t even fly RC planes here because I live right next to an airport.
They don’t want us to fly too close to the sun, I guess.
ps. In this case the “sun” is an engine that uses continuous combustion to keep itself spinning and create thrust.

I’m not entirely sure about specific drones laws in the DC region here, but given the strict airspace regulation, flying anything higher than 200 feet is probably prohibited without specific licenses.
