the difference is that on the visionjet:

  1. the tail is different;
  2. the winglets are above the wings, not below the wings,
  3. the cockpit section is different,
  4. its made for general aviation, not for the luftwaffe
  5. fits 5 passengers instead of 1
  6. it is american, not german
  7. does not have a swastika
