My guess would be Mr. Ice is busy editing, and making content. He might also be busy with school, Discord duties, and more. As a fellow content creator I can understand why he doesn’t usually partake in the forum. Creating content and keeping up with fan demands can be stressful. Also keep in note we have no idea what anyone is going through at home. He’s not typically active on Discord either, so it’s not a game of favourites.

Ice is typically busy with editing and real-life duties, so the moderation teams on both the Discord and Forum “represent” him in a way. Anything important on either platforms is sent to him for review, so he is active in that sense!
It is kind of like game developers in their own forums - you rarely see them because they are busy with the game.
