Tropical Activity Update (July 1st)
- Flossie - Hurricane Flossie intensifying faster than expected, and likely will become a major hurricane as it heads northwest, with winds of 105mph and a pressure of 974mb.
- AW12 - AW12 to follow Flossie, as it could develop in the coming days and possibly become Tropical Storm Gil.
- AW11 - AW11 forecasted to be a 4th of July storm if it does form and drift off of the southeastern U.S. coast.
