I believe they can buy it at a fairly reasonable rate but it has to be unarmed and I beleive they have to like paint it different colors or something…I’m not so familiar with the rules of ‘military surplus airplane resale’ but the rules are actually quite nitpicky(obviously, it varies from country to country)
