I’ve had this idea for a while now. An airline that uses Hawaii to cross the Pacific in a similar way to Icelandair and the Atlantic. I’m kinda business savvy, so I ran some preliminary calculations, and I think there is enough of a niche in the market to make a sizable profit while delivering cheap, comfortable flights connecting the Americas to southeast Asia and Oceania. Most of these routes are in range of the A321XLR, which let’s me fly to smaller, less-served airports profitably. I have a link to what I believe to be the most feasible routes accounting for gate availability, demand, competition, among other things. (Thanks for the website TheFurryPilot!) The screenshot is Alaskan/Hawaiian airlines’ routes, which don’t seem to be competing for the same market as I had originally feared.
